How do I create an account?
Click on the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our "Privacy Policy" for more information.
I forgot my password.
Click on the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. Under the "Sign in to Your Account" box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". That link will send an email to you with your password.
What is the status of my order?
To view the status of your order, simply log into your account and click the "Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site and view the stage of the process where your order is.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the day your order leaves our warehouse. That e-mail will include a tracking link. Click that link for detailed tracking information.
How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking information for every order will be automatically emailed once the product has been shipped.
Has my order shipped?
If you have supplied us with a valid email address when placing your order, you should receive an email after your order ships with tracking information. You can also obtain order status and tracking information by clicking on the "Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site.
What are my payment methods?
You may pay by check, money order, wire transfer, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped within California will include sales tax on the product portion of your order, unless you provide us with a resale or tax exempt number. Tax is calculated based on the shipping zip code. For international orders, some customers may be required to pay tax or duties as required by their country or local government.
I need a copy of my invoice.

What is your return policy?
We provide a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a full refund, credit or exchange excluding shipping and handling charges. Products must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all documents and accessories that accompanied it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used items. There will be no restocking fee, however, extra shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
