To view the status of your order, simply log into your account and click the "Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site and view the stage of the process where your order is.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the day your order leaves our warehouse. That e-mail will include a tracking link. Click that link for detailed tracking information.
How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking information for every order will be automatically emailed once the product has been shipped.
Has my order shipped?
If you have supplied us with a valid email address when placing your order, you should receive an email after your order ships with tracking information. You can also obtain order status and tracking information by clicking on the "Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site.
How do I cancel an order?
Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the Confirm and Submit page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been packaged and labeled for pick up, it cannot be canceled. If it’s too late to cancel and the package has shipped, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our "Return Policy".
When will my backorder arrive?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items may take longer. We will ship all in-stock items right away, with the backordered items shipping as soon as they are available. They will ship via the same shipping method you selected during checkout. You will not be charged additional shipping.
