How do I place an order?

• Fax: Order by fax by printing and completing our "Order Form".Fax to Gemkor at 1.800.610.8252. If you are unable to print the Order Form, feel free to prepare your own, just be sure to include all the information requested on our form. Please keep in mind that your order is subject to product availability at the time we receive and process your order. Please be sure to provide your email address so we can send your order confirmation.

How do I find my product?
To find the products you're looking for, just type a keyword into the "Search" box. If you have any trouble locating a product, please "Contact Us" for assistance. 

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate our website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the left hand side of our website. You may also type a keyword into the "Search" box to quickly find a specific product. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is not a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". How do I redeem a coupon?
If you are the recipient of a coupon code and would like to redeem your coupon, follow the steps below.

1. You need your unique coupon code, which is part of the coupon that was mailed or emailed to you as an attachment. For example; N6KSE3477G4AG.
2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
3. Click the "View Cart" link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
4. Type your coupon code in to the "Coupon Code" box and click the "Go" button. The discount associated with the coupon code will be applied to any products in your cart for which the coupon code is associated.

How do I buy or redeem a gift certificate?
To purchase a gift certificate for someone, "Click Here." If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, follow the steps below. 

1. You need your unique coupon code, which is part of the coupon that was mailed or emailed to you as an attachment. For example; N6KSE3477G4AG.
2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
3. Click the "View Cart" link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
4. Type your gift certidicate code in to the "Redeem Gift Certificate" box and click the "Go" button.
