Return Policy

What is your return policy?

e provide a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a full refund, credit or exchange excluding shipping and handling charges. Products must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all documents and accessories that accompanied it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used items. There will be no restocking fee, however, extra shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

What is your cancellation policy?
Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the Confirm and Submit page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been packaged and labeled for pick up, it cannot be canceled. If it’s too late to cancel and the package has shipped, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our Return Policy. In order to ensure we will catch your order in time to stop the shipment, please make sure to contact us before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. 

How long will it take me to obtain a refund?
Once your package has been received and inspected you will have the option to request a Refund or Store Credit. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed, less shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days, following receipt of your return, for the refund to show on your account. Store Credit may be used towards a different purchase once it has been processed to your account. 

What if products ordered are defective?
If products you receive are defective it will be replaced with the same model. Substitutions will only be possible when unopened and unused products are returned in original condition. Please do not return any defective products without contacting us first.

How do I return products?
Returnig products is easy. First you must "Contact Us" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before sending your return to us. After you get your RMA number, ship your package back to us at the following address:
