Shipping Policy

What are my shipping methods?
We
ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. We will send you an email when your order is shipped and will provide you with a tracking number so you can find out the exact status of your shipment.

What are my shipping charges?
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on any purchase within the Continental United States, no matter how many items you order. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We make every effort to process your order in the most efficient way possible to insure fast delivery.
Shipping charges for Express delivery does apply.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the Same Business Day. Orders placed after that time will ship the following business day.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?
On Standard shipments within the Continental U.S., the lead-time is generally 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. On Express shipments your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method you select.
 

Can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or you can 
"Contact Us" for your tracking number.

How do I get my tracking number? 
The tracking information will
be automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped
.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship to international destinations at this time. We ship within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only.  

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment appears to have been damaged in transit, save all packaging material (box, tape, filler, etc.) and "Contact Us" for assistance. Please do not return any damaged products without contacting us first.

Shipping Policy

What are my shipping methods?
We understand that getting your order quickly is important. We make every effort to process your order in the most efficient way possible to insure fast delivery!

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. Additional charges will be applied for AK/HI and U.S. Territory destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that APO, FPO, AE, CMR and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are planning on shipping to this type of address you should NOT choose International Shipping.

Please also note that we will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.


When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if available.


What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For the Cardholders protection, financial institutions require security checks on any transactions where product is being shipped outside of the billing address. You may experience a delay in your order if the shipping address is different from the billing. To prevent any delay please be sure to enter the correct billing information the first time, which will allow your order to be quickly processed.

How long will it take to receive my shipment?
On Standard shipments within the Continental US, the lead-time is generally 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. On Express shipments your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method you select. For international orders please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery as your package will be required to pass through customs before being delivered to you.

Can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or you can "Contact Us" for your tracking number

How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking information for every order will be automatically emailed once the product has been shipped.

Do you ship to my country?
During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
